Halong Homestay Tour – 2 Days, 1 Night
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Day Cruise – Homestay (L,D)
07:00–07:30: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Enjoy a comfortable transfer to Halong Bay, approximately 2.5 hours away.
10:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour, check in, and board the cruise to explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong Bay.
10:30: Enjoy a welcome drink as the cruise begins its journey through the spectacular limestone karsts and emerald waters of Halong Bay. Admire famous rock formations, including Dog Rock, Duck Rock, and Thumb Rock.
12:00: Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring fresh seafood and traditional Vietnamese dishes while cruising through the bay.
13:00: Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), the largest and one of the most impressive caves in Halong Bay. Walk through its magnificent chambers and admire the fascinating stalactites and stalagmites. The visit involves climbing approximately 200 steps. Alternatively, you can relax on board if you prefer not to walk.
14:00: Continue to Luon Cave, where you can enjoy approximately 30 minutes of kayaking and explore the peaceful lagoon surrounded by limestone cliffs.
15:00: Visit Titov Island. Climb to the viewpoint for a breathtaking panoramic view of Halong Bay, or relax on the beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
16:00: Return to the cruise and unwind during the sunset party, with Vietnamese tea, fresh fruit, and snacks served on board. Enjoy the scenic views as the cruise makes its way back to the harbour.
17:30–18:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbour and transfer to your local homestay.
19:00: Enjoy a home-cooked dinner with your local hosts, experience Vietnamese hospitality, and learn more about everyday life in the Halong area. Overnight at the homestay.
Day 2: Halong Homestay – Hanoi Local Experience (B, L)
08:00: Enjoy breakfast at the homestay and spend some relaxing time with your hosts before departing for Hanoi.
09:00: Transfer back to Hanoi, approximately 2.5 hours by road.
11:30–12:00: Arrive in Hanoi and enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch with a local host. Share stories, exchange cultural experiences, and discover more about Hanoi’s food and daily life.
14:00: Transfer to your hotel in Hanoi. End of your memorable 2-day Halong Homestay Tour.
